| Bacon Lee can mentor your staff
When new nonprofit Executive Directors and staff members need someone to turn to with questions and concerns, we at Bacon Lee & Associates can be the answer. Serving as mentors, we ask essential questions to help new staff focus on what your organization needs now and in the future, and we assist new leaders in quickly taking the helm by helping them understand the ‘matrix’ of board responsibilities, staff responsibilities, and expectations for both. We help your new staff members gain confidence and expertise in leading and managing volunteers and successfully mastering a “checklist for success.” Call us today for more information on how we can serve as mentors for your new nonprofit manager. |
